We built NJMachin Recruitment because we’ve seen the impact of poor hiring first‑hand. Nathan spent years on the front line of Waste to Energy operations - responsible for running plants, managing teams and keeping facilities safe. Too often, he was sent people who weren’t properly vetted, didn’t understand the environment, or simply weren’t the right fit for a safety critical site.
It slowed operations. It increased risk. And it made already demanding roles even harder.
After seeing this repeatedly across EfW, ERF and gasification facilities and the same issues mirrored in construction, we knew recruitment needed to change.
