Step 2 — Investigation

Your complaint will be reviewed and investigated professionally. We may contact you for further information if needed.

Step 3 — Response

We aim to provide a full written response within 10 working days. If the issue is complex and requires more time, we will keep you updated.

3. If Your Complaint Is About the Director

If your complaint concerns the Director personally, the matter will be reviewed by anindependent external party to ensure fairness and transparency. This may include a compliance advisor, legal representative, or another independent reviewer appointed by the company.

You will be informed when your complaint has been escalated.

4. If You Are Not Satisfied

If you remain unhappy after the final response, you may seek independent advice from:

  • Citizens Advice

  • ACAS (for employment‑related concerns)

  • A legal representative
